Northern Cardinal in the Snow

Yesterday, central Virginia got about seven inches of snow, so I grabbed my camera and set out to try to get pictures of some birds in the snow.  My main goal was to capture an image of a male Northern Cardinal, and after about one and a half hours of capturing other types of song birds, a male Northern Cardinal FINALLY landed on the branch that I had my camera focused on.

Here are some of the other song birds I was able to capture.
