It was a wonderful summer day in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, for an engagement session. I was very excited when Kim told me that they wanted to have their engagement pictures done in the historic town of Harpers Ferry. The historic town was a wonderful backdrop for Nik and Kim's engagement photos. The happy couple got to enjoy Harpers Ferry with old buildings and stone remains as we walked around the town. Harpers Ferry is also unique in that it lies where the Potomac and the Shenandoah Rivers meet. This allowed Nick and Kim to get two very different styles of images: city and nature, without having to ever leave the town. I had a great time with hanging out with the wonderful couple, and I can't wait to photograph their wedding next month.
