“In sickness and in health” took on extra meaning at Cody and Alexa’s wedding when just a few days before the big day, Cody took a tumble that led to multiple breaks in his ankle. Despite the setback, the couple persevered and refused to let this unfortunate circumstance mar their happy day. It was such a pleasure to get the chance to capture the love and affection that these two share as they join their lives together. And it was really amazing to get the chance to photograph Alexa’s wedding after having the opportunity to take her senior pictures just eight short years ago. I wish Cody and Alexa the very best and hope that Cody continues to have a speedy recovery so that the couple can experience a joyous and healthy belated honeymoon in the near future.
